To receive your download after purchase:
- Please check your email -- including your spam folder! If you have made a purchase, an email was sent to you with download links and instructions. Your spam folder may have snagged it. Please check.
- If you are downloading, please be patient. If you have ordered extended-play songs or guided meditations, downloads can take a few minutes or more on a high speed connection. If you don't have a high speed connection, downloads can take much longer!
- Once your have received your download, use your computer's software to manage and play it. Software such as iTunes (free for PC and Mac at apple.com) can do this for you, and help you arrange your audio on an MP3 player like an iPod. Unfortunately, helping you with this software is more than we can do.
- If you are still having problems, please contact us via email: info@maxhighsteinmusic.com. Please give us a few hours to respond. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and enjoy using it. We'll do what we can to help you and resolve the situation. If you have not heard back from us within one business day, please give us a call: 505.466.1055 during business hours, Mountain Time, US. (When you call, the first thing we will ask is if you looked in your spam folder for your download email, so please do that before calling.)
If you need to purchase a CD instead of a download, please visit serenitymusic.com. They have most of our programs and music available on CD.
Music and/or Guided Imagery Licensing:
- Rights to all the guided imagery and music recordings sold here are the property of the author and composer, Max Highstein. If you would like to use Max Highstein's music or guided imagery for your professional video or audio production, please email info@maxhighstein.com or call 505.466.1055 to work out a license agreement.
- If you would like to use Max Highstein's music as a background for your personal project -- for personal use -- you may do so as long as you have purchased a CD or a download.
- If you would like to use Max Highstein's music (not guided imagery) as background for your yoga class, etc., please do.
- If you would like to use any of Max Highstein's guided imagery recordings for your class of any kind for which people pay, you must ask permission first. If you have not asked, you do not have license or permission to make that part of your class. Ask first -- in most cases you will be given permission.
- You may not use Max Highstein's music or guided imagery in any format that will be reproduced and/or distributed without a license agreement.
